- Are tags and cover art kept?
- Yes, wherever the target has somewhere to put them. WAV carries the common fields; anything exotic in the source may not survive.
- Anything peculiar about M4A I should know?
- M4A and MP4 are the same container with a different extension. If a player rejects the .m4a, renaming it to .mp4 occasionally works without converting anything.
